He has had a lifelong interest in horror/sci-fi, and FILTHY is his first big-budget short film. Andy is a 1990 graduate of the University of Miami Film School. |

Director / Producer John was born and raised in Hollywood, FL in 1968 and has lived there most of his life. In 1986 he attended The University of Miami film school. There he met his partner Andy. After graduation in 1990, John worked in the TV and Motion Picture Industry for 11 years. He has worked in a variety of capacities on several different projects, but FILTHY marks his "professional" debut as co-director. He is very happy to have this opportunity and loves everyone on the crew for all their hard work and sacrifice; truly. |

love of photography began at the early age of eight.
By twelve, his father helped him find an enlarger at a local
garage sale and set up a darkroom in their home.
After graduating from Clearwater High School, Dave moved on to
study the “moving picture” at the University of South Florida and
graduated from the College of Fine Arts in 1988. While
expanding his film knowledge at USF, Dave also learned the Video/TV side
on the job: Starting in
‘85, Dave controlled the fader bar that brought up the “Home
Shopping Network” from a local show to a nationwide broadcast; he
became Senior Cinematographer/Videographer at the prestigious Tampa
production company, “Telemation”; and then in ’95 he started his
own production company, “Magic Hour Inc.” |

years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre with a
specialization in Technical Theatre from Baldwin Wallace College. While
at BW he worked as the scene shop foreman where he learned welding and
woodworking. He also studied prop building, and Sound and Lighting
Design.
Since joining KFX, Clay has put his wide range
of skills to use in a variety of positions which range from performing
high falls and burn stunts, to work as a Pyrotechnician and Armorer.
