"If you are in the ballpark for a bright bit of stomach churning, colostomy bag filling, testicle bobbing, raw-meat-man-eating fun then "Filthy" may just be your brand of compost."
FILTHY gets great review in Carnival of the Grotesque
"There's some suitably gross moments, as you would expect from the film's title, but it never oversteps the mark and veers into extreme cinema territory. Complimented by plenty of extras on this DVD release, Filthy is well worth checking out and I expect good things in the future from Messrs. Karliss and Lalino"

JOHN BIEBRICH VOTED "BEST ACTOR" IN TAMPA BAY!
"Filthy" actor JOHN BIEBRICH ("Rocky") was voted BEST ACTOR in TAMPA BAY in a reader's poll in the WEEKLY PLANET's famous BEST OF THE BAY edition. For those who are not familiar with the Weekly Planet, it's, a hip Tampa Bay area newspaper. John received twice as many votes than his nearest rival. The mention also recommends "You've gotta see the movie" ("Filthy") and states "John was no MeatMan", despite his win! Congratulations to John. Note the article misspelled his name; it should be BIEBRICH.
"Filthy" was also highlighted in a special mention of the SAINTS & SINNERS FILM FESTIVAL, again in the WEEKLY PLANET. "Filthy" was called a "gem in the rough", which coincidentally is similar to the title of the "Filthy" documentary by Chris Probst: "Diamond in the Rough: The Making of FILTHY"! Congratulations to Rick Danford, Kerry Hogan, and Porl Denicolo of Renegade/Enigma Films for the recognition.
